Quest Hockey Simulator Logos & Rinks (7/11/2008)


The logos and the rinks have been created as season sets. These season sets
use the logo that the team actually used during that season.

Each season has one folder for the logos and two folders for the rinks. 
One rink folder is for a sandard display and one for a Widescreen display when
using the "Screen Resizer". 

Using the 2008 season set as an example, this set will include the following
folders:

2008NHL_Logos, 2008NHL_Rinks (standard display) & 2008NHL_RinksW (widesacreen
display).

Sample Name:
Red Wings1948_08L.jpg (logo File)
Red Wings1948_08R.gif (Standard display rink file)
Red Wings1948_08RW.gif (Widescreen display rink file)

Logo resolution = 140x140
Rink Standard display resolution = 809x499
Rink widescreen display resolution = 912x409 



One method to install the logos and rinks:

After unziping the season graphics for the season you are going to play copy 
the logos and rinks folders to your C:\Program Files\Quest\ folder.

- Open up Quest Hockey. for the full screen check the "Use Screen resizer". 
- Then Select "Click Here To Start"
- Once in the main screen click on file and select "Edit Team Data".
- Select the team to add the logo and rinks.
- Click on "Logo Search" and search for the team Logo in the season logo folder.
- Click on "Rink Search" and search for the team rink in the season rink folder.

You might want test with the standard and the widescreen rinks to determine which
rink looks best.
